Ordering & Payment information

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

After selecting your preferred shoe, simply choose your preferred size from the drop-down list and click Add to Cart. A popup will appear. indicating the item has successfully been added to your cart. You may then continue to shop or proceed to make payment by clicking the Checkout button.
At any point should you wish to view the items in your cart or to checkout, simply click on your Shopping Cart at the top of the page.
Whenever you're ready, click Checkout. You will then be asked to Sign in, Register or Checkout as a guest. Then fill in the necessary details.
After your order is completed, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated.
Orders received after 6PM (+8GMT) will be processed the next working day
When your order is ready for processing, your order status will be updated in your account. (Does not apply to Guest Checkout)
 

  • Our stocks are distributed to our various branches and other channels, as such orders placed may not guarantee availability. Should we not be able to complete your order, you will be notified and a full refund will be made immediately.
     
  • We regret that we aren't able to accept returns and/or exchanges at this moment. Hence, please be sure of your purchase
     
  • Once we have processed your order and it is ready to ship, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a DHL tracking number. (Local orders will be sent to Singpost for delivery)
     
  • Products that are highly sought after may result in cases of overselling. This happens when a large number of customers are attempting to purchase a particular product at the same time and in a very short time frame. When this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and proceed with a full refund via Paypal.
     
  • We may offer similar merchandise on-line and in-store however, in some cases, the prices may be different as the website and stores may choose to offer items at different prices or may run different promotional events at different times. Additionally, we may offer a product, price or promotion that is not available in the stores.

    For this reason, prices and other promotional offers (such as coupons and additional discounts) offered at Limited Edt stores may not be applied toward purchases from limitededt.com. Similarly, prices and other promotional offers (such as promotion codes and free shipping) from limitededt.com may not be applied toward purchases from Limited Edt stores.

  • Gift vouchers may only be redeemed via the purchase method eg. online gift vouchers can only be redeemed online.

  • Members points cannot be accumulated for purchases made from our website.

What do the different order statuses mean and how do I know if my order has been shipped?

There are a number of stages that we have to go through before we ship out your order. By default, when you have successfully placed your order, the order status would be shown as 'COMPLETE' or 'PENDING'. This means that your order has reached us and we have not yet begun processing your order.
PROCESSING - This means we are in the midst of processing your order. Do note that processing time may vary, especially during peak seasons.
PROCESSED - We have completed packing your order and will be arranging for DHL pickup (for international orders only) or for local delivery
SHIPPEd - Your order has been pickup by DHL (international orders) or sent to Singpost for delivery (local orders)

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND/OR CANCELLATIONS

As we strive to process your order as quickly as possible, changes or cancellations have to be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After which time, we would be unable to make any amendments and you would have to place a new order. Changes are subject to availabilty. Limited Edt shall not be held responsible should the item you wish to change to be out of stock.
